Service Desk / Outsourced Management
We take responsibility for the entire service desk function: staffing, scheduling, triage policy, escalation matrix and monthly service review — with one accountable delivery manager who owns SLA attainment.
Whether you need a full outsourced service desk, an after-hours overflow team, or a single IT support engineer embedded with your internal function, these are the building blocks.
Transition model
01 / DISCOVER
We study your ticket history, interview your team and users, then propose coverage, tiers and SLAs that match the actual volume and complexity.
02 / SHADOW
Our analysts observe and document your systems, runbooks and escalation paths while your team continues to own the queue.
03 / GO-LIVE
We take the queue under agreed SLAs, with your team on standby through a two-week hypercare window and a documented rollback position.
04 / SHIFT-LEFT
Automate the repetitive, push resolution down the tiers, and route recurring defects into the engineering practice that can remove them permanently.
FAQ
Staffing across your agreed coverage hours, intake on every channel, triage and resolution to the tier where it belongs, escalation management, knowledge base upkeep, and a monthly service review against SLA. A named service delivery manager owns the whole of it.
Six to ten weeks from signature to full cutover for most mid-sized estates: two weeks of baseline, three to four weeks of shadow running, then go-live with a two-week hypercare window. Complex or poorly documented estates take longer, and we say so during discovery rather than after.
Yes, and usually you should. We work inside your platform so the ticket history, reporting and audit trail stay yours. If you don't have one yet, our ITSM consulting services cover selection and implementation.
Per seat per month where your user count is stable, per ticket band where volume varies, or as a dedicated team at a monthly rate where you want fixed capacity. We quote against the baseline measured during discovery, so the number reflects your actual volume rather than an assumed one.
Every breach is reported in the monthly service review with root-cause analysis and a corrective action. Contracts carry service credits against the monthly fee, scaled to the shortfall in attainment, and a sustained shortfall gives you the right to exit without penalty.
Yes. The shadow phase exists to build that understanding, and our engineers document as they learn. Where we also built the system, Tier 3 escalation goes straight to the original team.
Bring us the ticket volumes, the coverage hours and the systems that need supporting. We'll scope the engagement and propose SLAs.
